The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to fit into any schedule. Unlike commercial gyms, this place has a genuine, non-corporate vibe that I absolutely love. I’ve been going here while at university, and it’s become a favourite spot for me to train. It’s the perfect combination of great people, solid equipment, and an unbeatable atmosphere.

Great friendly gym. I have been a member off and on for many years. Equipment and facilities are good as is the instruction. Great showers, and both horizontal and vertical sunbeds.Very reasonable monthly charge with no joining fee.😀But the best thing is the quality of the team.

Formula One gym is a really great gym. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to join a gym for the first time or switch gyms. It is my first time joining any gym and was worried, but the staff were understanding really looked after me as I am a complete beginner. A huge thank you to Dom, Max, and Alex for giving me the help and confidence I needed. I have now been regularly going to the gym 3 times a week for the past month and a half now and it is going great.

Nice and clean gym, equipments good and it’s not too busy. The memberships are also a decent price and you get a nice deal if you’re a student. Very friendly staff who offer personal training with your membership which is a really good deal. Overall I definitely recommend
