Mixed Gender Gym Nottingham

Our mixed gender gym provides a friendly environment to work out in, offering a large free weights area, dumbbells up to 53kg, 30+ cardio machines and 40+ weight machines.

We welcome both men and women to our mixed gym in Nottingham, and will happily help you out whenever you need it.

If you need a spot, would like instruction for the equipment, or just want some advice between sets, we'll be there to help you out.

As well as the gym there's also sunbeds and a studio for use by all members.
